Michael Niklas-Höret ist aktives Mitglied des AUTOSAR Steering Committee und engagiert sich in diesem Jahr zusätzlich als AUTOSAR Deputy Chairperson.
Er ist seit 2013 in verschiedenen Rollen in der AUTOSAR-Standardisierung aktiv und unter anderem seit vier Jahren der Vertreter von Continental im AUTOSAR Steering Committee.
Michael Niklas-Höret ist daran interessiert, den AUTOSAR-Standard auf die Herausforderungen der Automobilindustrie auszurichten und die Organisation auf dem Weg zum Software-Defined Vehicle zu begleiten.

- to improve containment of product and process complexity and risk
- to optimize costs of scalable systems
