With project experience in R&D, digital transformation, and IT infrastructure in the automotive, pharmaceutical, aerospace, rail & transport industry, Sebastian’s expertise focuses on product management, DevOps practices, cloud infrastructure, and digital delivery management. He has led complex, multi-disciplinary programs and projects across functions by employing his technical and leadership expertise. With a special focus on automotive systems engineering, Sebastian drives the vision of the software-defined vehicle and the digital R&D transformation accelerating it. This includes in-vehicle topics such as embedded software engineering and E/E architecture, as well as off-board connected vehicle challenges.
Leveraging engineering and consulting best practice, Sebastian has shaped innovative and scalable solutions to help organizations turn their ambition into a defined action plan that ensures high agility, increased throughput, improved automation levels, and reduced "time-to" metrics.
